Refund policy

 What is your return policy?

• At Mint & Oak, socks and jewellery are non-returnable. 

What is the warranty policy? 

• Any manufacturing defect items will be replaced within 3 days from purchase. Product defect images will have to be shared by the customer and verified by the Mint & Oak team. 
• We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s) at the address shared by the Mint & Oak team. 
• Charge of Rs. 100/- will be deducted on account of Shipping & Handling Charges.
• We will not take responsibility for any damage to the product due to tag removal or opening of courier packaging.
• Please keep in mind that product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Differences in colour will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchanges.
